Realistic possible replacements for BFS
If the club decide not to renew BFS's contract, who are the REALISTIC replacements?

The owners appear to prefer a manager who's established themselves at club level in England (or Scotland). So forget Billic. As they gear up for the OS move, the squad is getting better, so they'll be looking for a manager with the appropriate calibre.

If Pellegrini leaves Man City, would they consider him? I guess they would, but I'm not convinced by him. Could be another Avram Grant. Even BFS could win the league with City's squad.

Hoddle's been out of management for too long.

Eddie Howe. Ready for a move up, but still a risk due to lack of Premier League experience. Might get overlooked if Bournemouth don't get promoted.

Ancelotti? If the current European champions don't win a trophy this year, he'll be looking for a new job. Knows the Premier League from Chelsea.

Steve McLaren. Turned us down once already. Is he that much better than BFS?

Thoughts?

Howe, McClaren and Ancellotti

Pellegrini is another Grant? This would be the guy who managed Villereal for 5 seasons, finishing consistently high in the league, qualifying for europe and getting to the semis of the CL, then the quarters twice before managing real madrid?

would WE consider him? i doubt HE would consider us mate. same with ancelotti. and these are supposed to be realistic options?

I'm saying you're living in cloud cuckoo land if you think that they would even give us a second glance.

They can try and get those managers but I'm guessing it would have the same result as me trying to get a bit of arse to mouth from Mila Kunis

You use the word realistic and then list Ancelotti?

Reality check needed.

ANOTHER one of these threads? Fucking hell...

The last one's probably barely dropped off the front page of the forum.

Re: Realistic possible replacements for BFS
How is it different?

Both would have exactly the same result, getting a big fat NO.

Although I would probably also get a restraining order put out against me as well
